Who should wear bunion correctors?
People who experience mild to moderate discomfort could consider using a bunion corrector for temporary relief, says Dr. Garcia. He recommends working with a professional. though. “Although they’re designed with the same purpose, not all bunion correctors are the same. A qualified professional will help determine the best course of treatment for your bunions,” he explains.

When should they be worn?

You can use bunion splints, specifically, overnight, though. “These help mitigate pain and provide additional protection against rubbing caused by your mattress or sheets,” says Dr. Garcia.
